Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Redpork helps you download public Reddit videos. You do not need an account. We use temporary session data to process your request, and temporary files to prepare your download. We do not ask for your Reddit password.
1. About Redpork and this policy
Redpork is operated by Yaco, based in Indonesia. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to Yaco.
This policy explains how we handle information when you use this website, request a download, or contact our support team. Redpork is independent of Reddit and is not affiliated with Reddit, Inc. For privacy questions and requests, use our Feedback form and identify your message as a privacy request.
2. Information we process
- Download requests. The Reddit URL you submit; publicly available post details such as a title, community, thumbnail, video and audio locations; the quality you select; and the status of your download. Public posts can contain personal information belonging to their authors or people shown in the media.
- Session and security information. A random session identifier, temporary download identifiers, your IP address for rate limiting, and technical information that your browser sends, such as user agent and request details. Infrastructure and application logs may record technical errors and access information.
- Feedback. Your name, email address and the message you choose to send. We use the email address to reply, not to subscribe you to marketing.
- Public reviews. The name or nickname, message and any reply you submit on Reviews, together with the date of posting. We publish these on the website. Reviews do not require an email address.
We do not require a Reddit account, collect Reddit credentials, or ask you to upload your own media. Please submit only public links and avoid including confidential or sensitive information in feedback.
3. Why we use this information
We process download requests to retrieve media, display available qualities, combine existing video and audio tracks, and deliver a file to your browser. Session data links each download to the browser that requested it. Technical information helps prevent abuse, enforce limits, diagnose faults and keep the service reliable. Feedback information lets us investigate problems and respond to requests.
We use reviews to publish the experiences and suggestions you choose to share and let visitors respond. Reviews are public, so anyone can read or copy them. Use a nickname and avoid posting contact details or sensitive information. Private support requests belong in Feedback.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on the steps you request to provide the service; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and responding to enquiries; and legal obligations when applicable. Where processing requires consent, we will request it separately. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential session and request-security cookies. They support download ownership and protection against forged requests. Session lifetime is approximately two hours of inactivity, subject to browser settings and server cleanup. These cookies do not give us access to your Reddit account.
Your browser’s session storage briefly holds a link when you move from the input form to the download page. It is removed when that page reads it. The browser’s history state holds a temporary result identifier so the same result can be refreshed without putting the identifier in the address bar. Closing the tab or clearing browser data removes browser-held state according to your browser’s behaviour. Disabling essential storage can prevent downloads from working.
We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and understand how people use Redpork. It may use analytics cookies and process browser and device information. Pig Escape is an automated loading animation and does not save game scores or gameplay profiles.
5. Who receives information
- Reddit and its media infrastructure. Our server requests the public post or media you select. Your browser also requests preview media directly from Reddit, which exposes normal connection information, including your IP address, to that provider.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process information needed to run, secure and deliver the service. If a server-side network proxy is configured, download-related requests also pass through that provider.
- Telegram. Feedback messages, including the name and email you enter, are delivered to our support team in a restricted Telegram chat. They are subject to Telegram’s handling of service data. See Telegram’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics. Google processes usage information from the analytics tag on our pages. We exclude query parameters from download-page URLs reported by the tag. Analytics data retention follows the settings in our Google Analytics account. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Font delivery. The current design loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve the font files and sends normal request information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the service or others. If the service changes ownership, any transferred information remains subject to appropriate notice and applicable law.
On supported devices, Save / Share prepares a temporary copy of the requested media in browser memory and opens your device’s sharing menu only when you choose it. You select the destination app or save action. The app you choose handles the shared file under its own policies.
6. How long information is kept
Download metadata and task records have an approximately one-hour expiry. Prepared media is temporary: a scheduled cleanup checks for expired files every ten minutes. File removal can take longer if maintenance or service interruptions delay that job. Redpork does not offer a permanent media library. Files you save to your device are controlled by you.
Feedback remains in our support chat for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, follow up on related issues, and address disputes or legal requirements. Technical logs are kept according to operational and security needs and the hosting provider’s retention settings. You may request deletion through Feedback; applicable legal requirements can limit deletion.
Public reviews and replies remain on the website until removed. You can request correction or removal through Feedback and include a link to the review. We may ask for information that helps verify the request. Removal from Redpork cannot remove copies made by other people.
7. Security and international processing
Download records and files are associated with the requesting session; generated files are kept outside the public website directory. We validate accepted links, restrict media hosts, limit request rates and keep Telegram credentials on the server. No storage system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Hosting, Reddit, Telegram and Google may process information in countries other than your own. Their locations and applicable laws can differ. Where required, international transfers must be supported by an appropriate legal mechanism or other lawful basis. We consider these requirements when selecting and configuring providers.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
You can stop using the service, clear browser storage, and choose not to send feedback. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can be subject to exceptions and identity verification.
To make a request, use Feedback. Describe your request and provide enough context to locate the relevant information. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
9. Children and third-party content
Redpork is intended for people who are old enough to use Reddit under its applicable terms and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This policy covers Redpork’s processing. Reddit posts, preview media, external links and downloaded content remain subject to their providers’ policies and applicable rights. Public availability does not grant permission to use another person’s content or personal information for every purpose.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our service, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. For any privacy question, contact the Redpork team through Feedback.
